No Equipment TV Workout - Calisthenics - Pushups  

The first structured workout was demonstrated to me by my 7th grade gym teacher, Miss Bennet.  It requires no equipment and is good for a wide age group.  I used to do it five days a week but according to modern day training that might be too much. 

The workout consists of pushups and sit-ups. If you want to add air squats or lunges, you can.

 

One set of each to be performed every TV commercial break for 10 breaks.

Do not underestimate the simplicity of this workout. Be consistent performing good reps and watch your strength increase.
