We at FG want you to be completely happy with any product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our refund policy includes a 14-day Money Back Refund Policy in the event that you, the customer, is dissatisfied with the service, or if it does not fulfil your expectations.
Eligibility for a Product Return
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied
Product Refund Approval
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Exchanges and Returns
You may exchange or return merchandise purchased on ohiofitnessgarage.com for a refund, less original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee and based on original form of payment, within 30 days of the purchase date. If the product is unopened, it can be exchanged at any time.
Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from FG. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.
When returning items, until the goods reach our head offices, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please notify us immediately for assistance. Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us no later than 7 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
